Chapter 638: Take A Step Back.

So Loki’s power was initially 4.15 times greater than his. But after Loki absorbed Monarch Money Construct’s power through the Vengeful Bones Metac, his power jumped from 537,840 units of divine power to 667,440 units of divine power.

This made him five times stronger than the Monarch Money Construct. This difference in power is the sort that would make even the most insane person hesitate.

This people were not insane. They were smart, so after a while they would realize the error of their way, take a step back, and rethink their plan. This was why Loki decided not to give them time to realize that something was wrong. He moved to strike someone die as soon as possible.

She hadn’t destroyed her Divine Metac because she thought it would be safe after her death. But this was what he wanted her to think, which is why he didn’t use the Siphon Ability on her.

While this was happening, Loki was already rushing toward Monarch Wealth Status. This divine being was already running away after he witnessed Loki’s sudden burst of power.

He should have run away when his Divine Metac first failed. Now that Loki had revealed his strength, it was too late for him to run.

Loko caught up to him and struck him with his fists. His two fists caused sonic booms through the world and caused explosions as they struck Wealth Status’s body.

The man offered no resistance whatsoever. The gap in their power was just too wide. He was currently crippled, so Loki was over twelve times stronger than him. With this kind of gap between them, he could only let Loki beat him to death.

As for the remaining two, one of them had become spooked, while the other one was still being stubborn. Monarch Money Construct was the one who was spooked.

At this point, Monarch Money Construct knew that Loki had been toying with them earlier. So he didn’t waste time choosing to run. He also didn’t bother to block Loki’s inquiries so as to preserve his lifespan for more important things like healing injuries from punches.

He wanted someone else to help him hold Loki back, so he shouted to Money Construct, saying, "Don’t run. Stand and fight him. I have some helpers coming, so we only need to hold on."

These words were sent as a message through the divine constellation, so Loki didn’t hear them. However, the words and the secrecy didn’t seem to be of any use because Money Construct refused to stop.

Money Construct continued to run. As he ran, he said to Forced Exchange, "I can’t hold on until then."

This was the truth. He wasn’t lying about this. He didn’t really think he could hold on until then, but it isn’t the only reason he chose to run. There was an even more important reason he was not willing to wait, but this had nothing to do with the dangerous Gold Body.
