Chapter 231: Huge Deal!
Chapter 231: Huge Deal!
Kadyn was sitting in a room with a solemn expression. He did not know what kind of response he will receive from the members of Alliance. He might have a little connection with Aleera but it was necessary for her to help him in this regard. After all, as an elder of the World Magic Alliance, she had many responsibilities.
Kadyn looked at the watch on his wrist and realized that there was only an hour left before the deadline. He was anxious because he did not want to lose the System, nonetheless, he could not force his way to the meeting room no matter how anxious he was. Therefore, he sent Arba to the meeting room.
And Arba being one of the closest confident of Aleera knew a lot of things that others did not know. Therefore, when she heard Kadyn was here to sell hundred rank 5 potion and hundred rank 5 artifacts, she was shocked. Only elves and dwarves might be able to provide such a large number of potions and artifacts of such rank, but then they might not be able to do the same for a long time. She never thought Kadyn would be able to do such a thing.
The door of the room slammed open and Aleera walked in with a group of people. "Is it true?" she asked, in a rather high pitch voice.
Kadyn raised his brows, not knowing what was going on. "Yes," he replied, nonetheless. "I am here to do a business; we can negotiate the price now. How about it?"
"We will buy them at the double price of the market," said a short man who was full of muscles. "But boy, remember, if you are playing with us, I will make sure you die horribly."
Kadyn’s face showed confusion, but he wasn’t in a mood to argue or inquire what was going on. He was here to complete the mission and that’s what he was going to do. He waved his hand and a number of potions and artifacts appear on the table. "You can examine their quality and see if they are up to your standards."
The dwarf snorted furiously when Kadyn ignored him and grabbed one of the artifacts to examine. Another person, an elf, also did the same. These two were the kings of their fields and no one could identify flows in the potions and artifacts better than them.
After examining the artifact the dwarf put down the artifact and then grabbed another random one. The elf did the same. One could tell that the previous two items were genuine, and from their expression one could tell that they were of top notch quality.
Anticipation and expectation appeared on everyone’s face. They knew they would need a large amount of artifacts and potions in the war against the Blood Tribe but they had no time to make preparations. The enemy was already at their doors.
"How’s it?" asked Yanthus when the elf and the dwarf placed the items on the table.
The duo eyed Kadyn deeply and replied, "They are high quality goods."
Aleera clapped her hand excitedly. "Fantastic!" She then turned towards Kadyn and said expectantly, "Can you provide more artifacts like these?"
Kadyn blinked, not knowing what was going on. Nonetheless, he still nodded. "Yes, but it will take some time."
"How much time?" asked Aleera.
"Around two to three days?"
"Two to three days?" Everyone’s eyes widened. They could not believe what they were hearing. Not even Malion, the elf king, and Heldrer, the dwarf king could produce such a large number of artifacts and potions in such a short time. "Are you sure?" asked Aleera again, disbelief written over her face.
Kadyn was kind of annoyed. ’Why the hell you all wasting my time?’ He looked at the wristwatch and said, "Yes. Can we conclude this deal?"
"Yes," Aleera replied. "You can leave the items here; Arba will come to your shop and complete the transaction."
"Uh," Kadyn was placed in a tough situation at this moment. After all, he knew that the system could not consider the mission completed until, he was paid, and he had no idea when Aleera would send Arba for the transaction. If she went to his shop after more than an hour later, the mission will be failed.
"Sorry, but can you pay the money right now?" asked Kadyn, a little bit embarrassed. Then he thought of idea went on. "I will need to buy a lot of materials in this period. After all, I have spent all my money on making these items," he said, pointing the artifacts and potions on the table. "The sooner you pay me, the sooner I will start making other items."
"No problem," Aleera did not mind and didn’t think there was anything strange going on, nor was she in the mood to think too much about unnecessary details. Her mind was still thinking about Sephiran. She needed to take it down, anyhow.

It used to be the world of darkness. Now it was the world of blood and stench. The vampires were tearing each other, howling and screaming as if they had lost their minds completely. As they killed one another, their blood spattered on the ground before rolling towards the certain direction and gathering at a single place and forming a pool of blood.
At the center of the blood was sitting a shadow. It had gigantic black wings behind its back, which spread like a canvas over the blood pool. Two sharp horns were glinting with dark black and crimson light. The veins were twisting and wriggling underneath the skin of the shadow as the blood seeped into the body of the shadow from the pool.
The shadow was three to four times larger than the normal member of Blood Tribe and a terrifying power was brewing inside it. From time to time, a few strange waves would emit from the skin, transforming a normal vampire into a mindless one.
He was none other than Sephiran.
